Hey all,

It's the end of the month again, time to announce my favourite song of this time to you. december's favourite is without a doubt lady gaga's "marry the night". Amazing song and a surprisingly 'normal' video 'cause we all know how she loves to be so different from others, mostly in a quite shocking way.

I also took the time to pick up a beautiful romantic pink dress for new years eve today. Tomorrow I'm also going to wear a pair of earrings with an owl on it which I bought in Monschau yesterday. Monschau is a little village in a mountainous area in Germany, only a few miles away from the Belgian border. Most of the shops look really old (like it was made in the middle ages) and small. But that's what I love about it for some reason. I feel the same way about Canterbury, England, wich I visited last year.

I probably won't post a new blog untill new year so I wish all of you a happy new year and may all of your wishes come true.

Hey everyone,

I hope all of you had a great christmas eve this year and that nobody had to celebrate it on their own. Everyone should be able to celebrate this wonderful time of the year, even if it's just be with people and laugh. 

Me and my mom were invited by friends of ours: a couple of parents and their youngsters (from my age). It felt like I haven't had such a good time in months, especially since the death of my sister earlier this year. We defintely had a blast of a time. We ate a super delicious meal while talking and laughing in the meantime. Gosh, my cheecks began to hurt after a while, just because I laughed that much! I loved it though :-). We kissed and wished each other a nice christmas at 12:00 am and kept talking untill I started to get sleepy. We finally went home at about 3:30 am.

They even invited us again to celebrate new year's eve with them. I honestly already decided to spend that day with my dad, but I think I might cancel that. In stead of spending new year's eve with my dad, I now planned on going to see the film 'New Years Eve' with him in theaters tomorrow, so that I'll still be able to go to our friends again. I can't even express how much I loved that evening. We'll also go to a christmas market this thursday in Germany. I'm not really a great fan of Germany, but I adore christmas markets! It possibly will be even bigger than the christmas market we have here in Ghent :-). Ohh an I'll also try some of those delicicious 'bratwursten' for wich the Germans are famous for. The only thing we're missing is snow, but maybe it's safer on the road without some....

Hey guys!

I've been trying to write all of my blogs in english lately. I'ts a bit of a challenge for me and it'll also help me to improve my english a bit more. Maybe I'm also doing this because I don't have any english lessons at school anymore now that i'm studying speech therapy at college. I kinda miss it, my english teacher was always very excited when he talked about the British and the American. You could actually see in his eyes how much he loves the english and american culture.

Anyway, today's blog is about my 3 favourite makeup looks of Reese Witherspoon. I absolutely love her face. That chin is sooooooo her. I'm glad she never changed that.

Voilà, that's about it. I personally find that Reese's pale skin defintely suits her. She doesn't need a tan. That's going to make her look older and unnatural. Anyhow, feel free to give me some feedback on my english. It will only make me better....

Big, round eyes have been my favourite type since forever but at this moment I think almond eyes are just a little bit sexier. I've also noticed that actually everyone (and by that I mean every race) can have this type of eyes. So whether you are in Asia, Africa, Europe, It's possible everywhere. You just have to be the lucky one. And for those of you who aren't the lucky ones: down below there's a video on how to create them :-)

Lang haar, wie wil het nou niet? Sinds een aantal jaar spaar ik ervoor, met succes. Makkelijk is het spijtig genoeg niet altijd geweest. Voor diegenen die niet kunnen wachten, is er nog altijd de snelle oplossing: extensions. Voor diegenen die liever een blijvend resultaat willen, deze tips:

1.  Je haar niet kleuren, of als het al gekleurd is, best weer ongedaan maken. Kleuren is nu eenmaal ongezond en bevordert het groeien dus niet.

2. Gebruik zo weinig mogelijk stijltangen, haardrogers en andere apparaten voor je haar. Hiermee breek je je haar af en wordt het droger.

3. Maak gebruik van een haarmasker (2-3 keer per week) en een conditioner (bij elke wasbeurt), zeker aan de puntjes van je haar. Dit helpt splitten te voorkomen.

4. Ga op regelmatige basis eens naar de kapper. Je zou denken dat je het zo alleen maar op gelijke hoogte houdt, maar da's niet zo. Als je regelmatig gaat (dus minimum om de 4 maanden) voorkom je gespleten haarpunten. Gesplit haar zorgt er alleen maar voor dat je haar stopt met groeien.

5. Borstel je haar met mate, dus maximaal zo'n 2 à 3 keer per dag. Ga niet als een bezetene om het uur je haar goed leggen.

6. Eet veel voedsel waar vitamine B in zit. Deze vitamine is niet alleen goed voor het haar, maar zorgt ook voor een gezonde huid en sterke nagels. Alleen maar voordelen dus!

Maak dus zeker gebruik van deze tips. Dit kan zeker niet mislukken.

Hey iedereen,

Kerst is alweer in zicht. Tjonge, het jaar is weer voorbijgevlogen! anyway, velen onder jullie hebben waarschijnlijk al plannen gemaakt, ik ook! Ik ga samen met mijn moeder gaan eten bij vrienden. Da's echt de allereerste keer, normaal gezien organiseerden we elk jaar een dîner thuis. Ik ben eigenlijk wel benieuwd wat we daar gaan gaan eten. Ik heb iets opgevangen over oesters, mjaaa we zien wel....

Anyway, iedereen heeft ook wel (en zeker in deze tijd van het jaar) een wenslijstje. Van de mijne heb ik hier een opsomming gemaakt:

Glee on DVD

Glee, de meest fantastische serie van het moment (die 2BE heeft stopgezet GRRR!) wil ik deze maand absoluut op DVD hebben. Dan kan ik er zoveel naar kijken als ik wil. Me vs. 2BE: 1-0 ha!

Sleek 'The nude collection'

 

The nude collection van Sleek make up is een prachtige basiccollectie die eerder dit jaar uitkwam. Ik heb spijtig genoeg nog altijd geen moeite gedaan om het in huis te halen. Ik ben vooral fan van het palette en de pout polish :-)

Handleiding voor de gitaar

 Sommigen weten het misschien nog niet, maar sinds een 1,5 jaar heb ik een gitaar (een prachtige donkerblauwe). Door het feit dat ik er nogal weinig tijd insteek, vorder ik niet echt. Zelfs stemmen blijft een probleem, vandaar deze wens.

 Mijn wensen komen dit jaar toch gedeeltelijk uit. Ik krijg de DVD's van Glee van m'n moeder en een gitaarhandleiding van m'n vader. Op die nude-collection wordt het nog even wachten, maar ik zat zo te denken om volgend jaar in Februari, voor mijn verjaardag mezelf eens te trakteren op een heleboel make up op Boozyshop. Dat is trouwens al zooooooo lang geleden. Natuurlijk krijgen jullie dan ook alle aankopen eens te zien :-) .

Ik hoop dat jullie ook de gewenste cadeautjes krijgen dit jaar. En zo niet: duimen voor volgend jaar (of je verjaardag).....
